Weekly Topic: Wit

Wit is often used to impress someone or to draw attention to oneself. There are times when we identify with our clever wit. Regardless of when it is used, wit displaces presence and brings our attention back to the Lower Self.

Weekly Exercise:

Abstain from offering a witty response especially if it is to draw attention to your own cleverness.
