When one meets a School, they receive many gifts- the deep wisdom of a conscious teacher, the understandings of the work from its many students, and collective presence from all.

Call or meet a friend who you haven’t been with for awhile. Make an aim to listen with presence as to what they are saying and or what is needed. Let go of your own internal consideration
