Weekly Topic: Courage
As students, it is courage that opens us to learning and understanding through the exercises, self observation, self-remembering, transformation of suffering, payment, acceptance, gratitude, humility, love, and so many other experiences. With courage we are able to grow and be present to the conscious being within.
Undoubtedly, it takes courage to begin the walk and commitment on this path to awakening. Later it takes courage to drop the many habits of the lower self. Courage along with the guidance of conscious influence enables us to be.
Being present is the greatest use of courage in this life. — The Teacher
Weekly Exercise
Try to look back on your life and see what has changed you, perhaps as a result of inner work or outer shocks. This week make an aim to push beyond your current comfort zone, overcome a weakness you have observed in yourself and prioritize presence.
