A pre-determined set of 'I’s influencing how one perceives one’s relation to something. Attitudes are generated by features and are often an expression of our mechanicality; they can be changed intentionally according to our aims.

Especially when we encounter friction or suffering in our play, we must remember that the one thing we have in our power is our attitude towards it. — The Teacher

Try to develop an attitude of gratitude. Inwardly say, “Thank you,” to small and big events in your day, regardless of what the lower self thinks of them.
