Seeing from Higher Centers
Seeing from Higher Centers is a moment to moment, spontaneous experience that is rich in clarity. I have found that there exists a deep relationship with nature through Higher Centers. We see in nature varied and vibrant colors and we feel the energy and vibration of nature’s sounds. In Higher Centers we also experience prolonged moments of pure silence and stillness. The lens from which we see is not clouded by imagination rather it is clear and reflective in truth.

Be aware of what is looking and see the moment (s) of presence in a light free of commentary
