A weekly exercise

Each week an exercise will be posted for the aim of raising awareness and being present.

We can be still by slowing down, not rushing, and intentionally being aware of the mechanical actions of our Moving Centers. Our Intellectual and Emotional Centers can be still when we calm the mind and drop imagination or identification. In stillness we are in Higher Centers and are able to prolong presence. Our senses awakened to all that is, as it is and we are our true Self.

This week’s exercise aims to be still. Quietly sit without movement. Attempt to listen more than you speak. Use the Work “I” drop when your mind offers endless thoughts.
