A weekly exercise

Each week an exercise will be posted for the aim of living consciously.

We are surrounded, if not bombarded, by noise created by man and machine. Some noise is external, coming from electronics, transportation, construction, and endless conversations, to name a few. Other noise is internal. Noise that is manifested by the Lower Self and its legions of I’s (10,000 of them) that works to keep us in chaos and suffering. When we disengage from unconscious noise, both internal and external, it is then and there that the subtleness of Conscious Influence freely exists.

This week, consider this Hindu text as you separate from internal and external noise. "Feel your reality, in the stillness, in the quietness, when there is no mind, no thoughts, no words. Who are you then? You just Are."
