A weekly exercise

Each week an exercise will be posted for the aim of living consciously.

A smile soothes the child, sends warmth to a stranger and is an outward expression of inner joy and love. By smiling at someone we may be acknowledging a kind act or we may be sending wordless love. We often hear the saying, “Their smile lit up the room.” When we share love, we share divine light. Our collective smiles, simple and sweet, are a response to the beauty of prolonged presence.

It is said that the Buddha is smiling because he has discovered a path to freedom from suffering. When we are smiling Higher Centers nurture our BEing.

This week bring your smile wherever you go. When someone smiles at you, use that as a gentle reminder to BE. It may become apparent how many smiles and moments of presence we miss in our haste.
