A weekly exercise
Each week an exercise will be posted for the aim of living consciously.
Acceptance of others is a loving, conscious act which takes us out of negativity. Judgement of someone or something buffers the weaknesses of our own machines. Labeling that which is right or wrong is merely subjective and serves as a distraction to Presence. As students, our third eye is strengthened by accepting “What Is” without a thread of judgement. As our teacher has said, “If a person condemns someone else, they condemn themselves.”
This week make an aim to BE present to your interactions with others. Lift the veil of judgement. See and listen with neutrality what and who is before you. If you find this is not possible at the moment, accept that as well.
“If you are pained by any external thing, it is not this thing that disturbs you, but your own judgment about it. It is in your power to erase this judgment about it. If anything in your own nature gives you pain, you are who hinders you from correcting your opinion.” ~Marcus Aurelius
