A weekly exercise

Each week an exercise will be posted for the aim of living consciously.

We are taught at an early age to identify with attributes that are opposites. Are we good? Are we bad? Are we smart? Are we dumb? Are we this? or Are we that? The lower self continues to bombard us with a running dialogue of opposites. In our state of sleep, we are mechanically guided by those choices. When we are in a conscious state, there is no good or bad, right or wrong, likes or dislikes, perfection or imperfection.

This week’s exercise focuses on being aware of the use of opposites in your daily life. Instead of viewing an experience or sensation as positive or negative, make an effort to just let it exist, as it is, without any degrees of judgement. Through awareness, you may verify the guidance of a Conscious Influence and trust that which is.
