Weekly Topic: Man is an Incomplete Being
From our friend Astha in the Toronto Center
From the time a person is born, nature develops them to a certain extent and then leaves further development to oneself. Self-development means growing inner qualities and abilities which usually remain dormant and cannot evolve by themselves. Conscious evolution is only possible with efforts: conscious efforts.

Weekly Exercise
This week when you wake up, take a pause and as you arise intentionally put your right foot on the floor before your left. Look around you, bring your awareness to an impression in the room — the morning sunlight, a beautiful decor on the wall — or anything else that helps you raise your state and feel connected to Higher Centers. (Some of you may forget to do this. Just wake up and begin again on the next morning.)
There is such a vast difference between what man is, and what he can be. — The Teacher
