Weekly Topic: Feminine Dominance
The largely unseen attitudes, mostly about the way things should be, which cause people to feel compelled to act in socially acceptable ways. It is feminine in the sense that a child usually acquires it from its mother during the process of learning acceptable behavior. Examples of attitudes that make up feminine dominance would include feelings of obligation toward others, expectations of others' behavior in relation to oneself, and the conviction that the world is essentially just and that one should be treated justly. — The Teacher
Let us observe ourselves when saying "Thank you" and look for the source of it: feminine dominance, mechanical habit or actual expression of gratitude. Bring more attention to the way we express it, for example, looking at the eyes of the person we thank or saying it differently like "I appreciate it".
The aim is not to change behavior but to change one's attitude toward it. This involves replacing mechanical forces with intentional ones. — Girard Haven
