If Higher Centers is always available, then one could surmise, so too , is conscious will. Are will and willingness differentiated by the lower self and higher self? If will transcends the mechanics of man and aligns with true Self, then is willingness merely an emotional desire, driven positively or negatively by lower self i. “I am willing to do the exercise. I am willing to do this or that so I may be a better person.” One does not work on conscious will as it is inherent and infinite. With that said, one does need a school and a teacher to usher in consciousness so that divine will prevails.
