A weekly exercise
Each week an exercise will be posted for the aim of living consciously.
The Teacher has said, “The hardest thing to do is to take one’s own advice.”
Reflecting on this comment, it is my understanding that perhaps the Teacher is telling us to listen to the gentle, internal voice coming from Higher Centers. When we are not present, imagination from the Lower Self often veils this voice. When we act upon advice that is whispered to us from a higher source, we come out of sleep and into Presence.
This week use the Work ‘I’ Hear. Hear with Presence each droplet of advice from Higher Centers.
