The Fourth Way: System, Theory & Practice

There is one hidden fundamental idea contained in every spiritual teaching or school of regeneration. G.I. Gurdjieff and P.D. Ouspensky called this idea, Self-remembering: the unrecognized ability to be present to each moment of one's life. This key idea is at the heart of our School and every wisdom school, from pre-historic Egypt to the modern age, although it may be called by a different name.
