There is one fundamental idea contained in every spiritual teaching or school of regeneration.  G.I. Gurdjieff and P.D. Ouspensky called this idea, Self-remembering: the ability to be present to each moment of one's life.  This key idea is at the heart of our School and every wisdom school, from pre-historic Egypt to the modern age, although it may be called by a different name.
